GHPOF-L5R2500 FiveLayer Co-extrusion POF Heat-Shrinkable Film Blowing Machine is aline to process heat-shrinkable film in two blowing steps,developed by Guanghua Machinery itself with assimilation of leadingtechnology from overseas. It adopts technology controlledintegrated in PLC and HMI, five layers coextruded froma stacked die head, heated through a tube oven with ceramicplates, temperature and tension auto controlled, swivelinghauled-off down. This machine is a good equipment to make POFheat-shrinkable film of construction PP/PE/PE/PE/PP.
Polyolefin(POF) heat-shrinkable film is one kind of multi-layer (inner andouter layers are PP and middle layers are LLDPE) plastic film,coextruded by five extruders, formed in a die, processed throughtwo steps of blowing inflation.
POF film hasgood heat-shrinkable characteristic, mainly used to pack regular orirregular articles consumption such as automobile article, plasticproduct, stationery, book, breadboard, MP3, VCD, art, woodcraftworks as picture frame, toy or doll, insecticide, householdwares, foodstuffs, cosmetic, canned & bottled beverage, dairyproducts, pharmaceuticals and cassette tape, etc.
